Pensioner from Lancashire has been charged because it uses a traditional alarm clock - roosters.

Billy Verity, 68, kept roosters, not far from the house to wake him every day.

Billy neighbors thought to hold the chickens in the house and was based on that report to the police.

His innocence is proved by the officers searched the house and did not find anything.
